A.  ENGINEERING

                i.        WISE–Parker Water PCCO 005 – Change Order:  Miscellaneous changes for: electrical modifications due to change in roof height requirements, change in blowoff type, addition to cathodic protection, change in outlets for chemical tanks. (Enclosed)

Cost to Dominion: $7,851.18

          2025 Budget – this is within the budget for the WISE Pump Station.

                     ii.            WISE-Parker Water PCCO 006 – Change Order:  Miscellaneous changes for: secondary chemical dosing point, grouting, spare chemical tubing, fiber modifications manway and vent valves. Deductive change orders for HVAC controls, and installation of incorrect beam. (Enclosed)

Cost: $12,314.66

           2025 Budget: 

                iii.               Tetra Tech:  Design of new diversion structure, intake and raw water pump station to divert flows from the South Platte River to the Moore WTP. This project will be in conjunction with the Raw Water Pipeline that is currently under design. Design activities are anticipated to be completed 4th quarter 2026. Additional service may be required due to federal permitting requirements. (Handout)

                   iv.            Canterbury CMS – Amendment No.2:  Filing 7 Lift Station additional services associated with reviewing HPM pay applications and change orders. (Handout)

B.        Finance

                       i.            Transition in Banking
