Evan Bahn joined the Dominion team in February 2020 as a Water System Analyst and recently moved into his new role as the Field Operations Manager for the District. Evan manages water supply and the Operations Team which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater system. Evan also works closely with the Leadership Team in planning and operational modeling, water resource planning, and water quality modeling and analysis.

Evan graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Use: Environment and Resources. He began his career as an intern with Southgate Water & Sanitation District. After his internship at Southgate WSD, he joined the Castle Rock Water team as a Water Quality Technician and quickly moved into the role of Regulatory & Water Quality Compliance Analyst. Evan holds certifications as a Water Treatment Operator-class C, Water Distribution System Operator-class 4, Wastewater Treatment Operator-class D, and Collections System Operator-class 3. Evan brings experience in drinking water compliance, water treatment, water distribution, water quality sampling and analysis, data analysis, and regulatory analysis.
