Lisa Dietrich

Position: District Engineer

Lisa joined Dominion Water and Sanitation District in February 2025 as their District Engineer. As the District Engineer, Lisa is responsible for managing on-going engineering projects within Dominion including review of design, planning for capital improvements and support construction projects. She has earned her bachelor's degree in civil engineering and master's degree in environmental engineering from Arizona State University. Lisa’s Undergraduate thesis research focused on Low Removal of As (V) and Cr (VI) by selective Ion Exchange Media and Master’s applied project focused on a Bench Scale Comparison Study and Characterization of Nanobubble Generation Technology.

Lisa offers experience focused on water and wastewater treatment design with past responsibilities including site planning, utility coordination, hydraulic analyses, process design, cost estimating, specification development, construction administration and permitting coordination. During her free time Lisa enjoys being outdoors, going to the climbing gym and attending concerts.
