Teresa joined Dominion Water & Sanitation in August of 2022.  She spent the last 14 years working for Elbert County Government with the bulk of that time as the Executive Assistant to the Sheriff and most recently working in the Community Services and Development Department of Elbert County.  During her time with Elbert County, she wore many different hats, including budget management and support, accounts payable processing, project management and system implementation and training. Her support of high-level management has made her a great asset to Dominion.  Teresa supports the Finance Department, as well as the District’s internal daily operations, special projects and so much more!

Teresa is a Colorado Native.  She grew up in Lakewood, Co and has lived in Elbert County for the past 18 years.  She has an associate’s degree from Metropolitan State University, and she is married with 4 kids.   In her down time, she enjoys painting, hiking and flyfishing.
